JEE MAINS EXAM 2023:

The Government of India (GoI) has established the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent, autonomous body for premier testing organizations, to conduct effective, transparent, and standardized tests in order to assess the competency of candidates for admission to the premier higher education institutions like IITs and NITs of India.

JEE(JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION) is going to be conducted in the month of January 2023 and April 2023 and the application process of JEE MAINS 2023 will start in the month of November 2022 (Preferably in the 3rd week of the Month ). The Exam pattern, eligibility criteria, and Important dates are going to be very helpful for the aspirants.

JEE (MAINS) 2023: ELIGIBILITY

CRITERIA 
AGE The candidates who are born on or after October 1, 1998, will be eligible for JEE Main 2023.SC/ST and PWD candidates are eligible for age relaxation of 5 years but they must be born on or after October 1st, 1993.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONThe subject combination must be PCM in the qualifying exam. Those who will appear in the qualifying exam will also get considered. The candidates must have cleared 10+2 or the equivalent exam from a very recognized board. Those who appeared in the 12th exam in 2020 but did not clear it, are not eligible for the exam again, even if they clear it later.
ATTEMPTSThe number of attempts for the JEE exam is limited. That is 3. The candidates who are appearing for both of the session in the same academic year is taken as 1 attempt and the best of the 2 scores is used for ranking the students.
